Two lawyers were scheduled to meet for lunch. The second lawyer showed up 30 minutes late. When asked why, he said, "I ran over a Coke bottle."

The first lawyer asked, "Didn't you see a Coke bottle in the road?"

"No. The kid had it under his jacket."

As a lawyer began the jury selection process he asked the candidates, "Do any of you here dislike lawyers?"

Before the pause could get too long, the judge said, "I do."

A lawyer consulted with an estranged husband for his client. He told the woman, "I have reached a settlement that is fair for both parties involved."

The woman responded, "Fair to both? What do you think I hired a lawyer for?"

A lawyer fresh out of law school was trying to impress the jury during a case involving an accident that killed 24 pigs.

The lawyer said, "Yes, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, 24 pigs. Imagine, that is twice the number of people in the jury box."
