Prior to joining Strong & Hanni Mr. Locke was Claim Litigation Counsel for State Farm Insurance Company from 2003-2007. He received his B.A in Political Science in 1998 from the University of Utah, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha. He received his J.D. in 2002 from Brigham Young University, where he was admitted to the Order of the Barristers. Mr. Locke became a member of the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Utah in 2003. Mr. Locke’s areas of practice include Construction Law, Products Liability and Insurance Defense.
