Kaufmann, Of Counsel, has been selected by The National Arbitration Forum (NAF) to

Mr. Kaufmann has over 25 years of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer in the

After serving as a judicial law clerk to two trial court judges in West Virginia, Jessica developed courtrooom experience by serving as an Assistant Proscecuting Attorney in Wood County, West Virginia. She moved to Ohio as a litigation contract attorney with a major Cleveland law firm. Prior to joining SS+D, Jessica served as staff attorney to the Honorable John W. The 89-year old military post, consisting of approximately 1,126 acres across the towns of Oceanport, Eatontown and Tinton Falls, in Monmouth County, New Jersey is scheduled to close in less than five years. Since the recent base closure decision, local, county and state officials have been focusing their efforts on the redevelopment of the site. Those efforts led to the passage this past week of legislation creating the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority, expected to be signed by Governor Jon S. Corzine shortly.
