Bullivant law firm moves to new downtown offices
Bullivant Houser Bailey PC, a multi-service West Coast law firm, moved into its new downtown office space today. The firm also announced two leadership changes in the Sacramento office.

The firm’s 20 lawyers moved into 24,000 square feet of office space located on the ninth and tenth floors of Meridian Plaza, a 12-story, 299,000 square floor office tower at 1415 L Street. The office move follows Bullivant’s October 2005 merger with local banking securities boutique Bartel, Eng & Schroder.

Previously, the firm was operating from two separate locations in the Sacramento area. The new location not only brings all of the attorneys together, it provides a central downtown location for many of the firm’s existing clients.

M. Taylor Florence, previously the Shareholder in Charge of the Sacramento office, has been appointed to Chair of Bullivant’s Board of Directors. In that role, Florence will be responsible for implementing the overall strategic goals of the firm. He also intends to continue his practice of law, as one of Northern California's leading commercial litigators.

Tamara L. Boeck assumes the Shareholder in Charge position for the Sacramento office. Boeck represents clients in both California and Nevada in the areas of construction, product liability, risk management, and commercial litigation. Boeck was named a ""Super Lawyer"" in Northern California by San Francisco magazine in 2005.

“We are excited to bring all of our attorneys together in this dynamic downtown location,” said M. Taylor Florence, Chair of Bullivant’s Board of Directors and Shareholder in the Sacramento office. “We’re happy to be serving our clients from a central location and are fortunate to have Tami Boeck as Shareholder in Charge of our rapidly expanding office.
