Respected management labor lawyer Thomas Y. Mandler, a partner in the Chicago office of national law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been named one of the top 100 labor lawyers in the country by the Labor Relations Institute (LRI). The selection was based on a statistical study of results in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) union representation elections.
