“As a global leader in structured finance, Orrick is always eager to enhance its market position with superbly talented lawyers such as Jim Croke and Peter Manbeck,” said Peter Bicks, Orrick’s New York office leader. “Their experience representing U.S. and European clients adds strength in locations where Orrick has a significant structured finance practice, including London, New York, Paris and Rome.”

Jim Croke is recognized as one of the world’s leading structured finance lawyers. He has been named one of the top 25 structured finance lawyers in the world by Euromoney and one of the world’s leading structured finance lawyers by International Financial Law Review. Manbeck also has worked on numerous debt and equity financings and has extensive experience in matters involving state securities laws and NASD corporate financing rules.
