The Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) appointed McGlinchey Stafford Member Mark N. Mallery to serve as the Employer Co-Chair of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) Standing Committee. The ERR Committee is the largest of 21 standing committees in the Labor and Employment Law Section of the ABA.
