Rich May Client Rechargeablesonline, Inc., Announces Launch of Website.
Rechargeablesonline.com Unveiled to Help Consumers Save Money and the Environment Through the Use of Rechargeable Products for All Their Power Needs.

Rechargeablesonline.com™, a first-of-its kind website dedicated to providing consumers with information about rechargeable batteries, as well as serving as a friendly and convenient source for rechargeable batteries, chargers and accessories, officially launched today. In addition to being the most comprehensive online source for information on all things rechargeable, Rechargeablesonline.com becomes the first portal to offer the new Hybrio battery by Ultralast - the first battery to combine the instant-power convenience of disposable batteries with the reuse and long life of rechargeables.

The interactive Rechargeablesonline.com site provides the perfect forum to learn about the advantages of rechargeable batteries, how they compare with both disposable and "old" rechargeable battery technologies, details on recycling and more. In addition, the site gives consumers the opportunity to research and purchase the best rechargeable batteries and accessory products on the market.

"Until now, there has not been a single reliable source for the consumer dedicated to education and information sharing on rechargeable batteries. Rechargeablesonline.com fills that void, and serves as a one-stop shop of information on anything and everything having to do with rechargeables, while also providing a source for top quality products," said Mark Dockser, president, Rechargeablesonline.com. "Consumers can consult the site when making buying decisions about rechargeable batteries, and feel good knowing they are buying and using proven products that perform better and save money, all while benefiting the environment."

Rechargeablesonline.com is designed as an educational resource for consumers, whether they are unfamiliar with rechargeable batteries, a long-time rechargeable battery user, or hesitant about giving up disposable batteries. The site includes a number of useful, informative sections, including:

"Which Product is Right for Me?" - An interactive product finder that educates consumers on which rechargeable batteries and accessories are right for them, depending on usage, devices and individual lifestyle.

"Rechargeable University" - The Rechargeable University section provides useful information on the advantages of rechargeable batteries, from the higher capacity, longer life, convenience and three-year warranty "best of the web" warranty, to the major environmental benefits and everything in between.

"Savings Calculator" - Are you the designated family photographer? Do your children's toys require frequent battery changes? Consumers will be amazed by how much can be saved by making the switch to rechargeables. An easy to use calculator helps consumers see the savings.

Products - Rechargeablesonline.com carries only the finest in rechargeable batteries and accessories, from the most common sizes and specialty batteries, to high-speed chargers and international travel adaptors, the site has everything consumers need to power all their devices, anywhere.

Resources - Visitors to Rechargeablesonline.com will find a number of useful resources, including facts on rechargeable batteries, links to parenting, consumer electronics and environmental resources.

New HybrioTM Battery - Available first at RechargeablesOnlineTM

In addition to educating consumers about rechargeable products, Rechargeablesonline.com will provide consumers with access to the best products for all their portable power needs. While the site will carry a wide range of leading products, Rechargeablesonline.com will be the first U.S. e-tailer to offer the new HybrioTTM battery by UltralastTM.

Haynes and Boone Announces Dallas Office Relocation to Victory Park
Haynes and Boone, LLP today announced the firm’s Dallas office will move to One Victory Park, a contemporary 20-story, 456,000 square-foot Class A office tower to be developed by Hillwood and Hines just south of American Airlines Center.

Haynes and Boone has signed a lease for up to 175,000 square feet on six floors in One Victory Park. Dallas' largest law firm not only is the lead tenant in the new building, but the first major office tenant to locate to the Victory Park district.

“This new-concept office environment is exactly what people expect from modern workspaces,” said firm managing partner Robert Wilson. “We believe the Victory project is right on target with its ‘live, work, play’ environment, which naturally meshes with the diverse and international culture of our firm.”

Mr. Wilson said the move reflects the philosophical underpinnings of Haynes and Boone as a whole. “We’ve always worked differently than other firms,” he said. “Three years ago, our firm leadership set out to position the organization for the year 2020 and beyond. In many ways, One Victory Park reflects that sort of forward-thinking preparation for the dynamically changing world of business law.”

One Victory Park, the first of two buildings being jointly developed at Victory Park by Hillwood and Hines, will house 446,000 square feet of Class A office space along with 10,000 square feet of mostly street-level retail space.

Located along the west side of Victory Ave. adjacent to a one-acre park, One Victory Park will be an integral office component of the master-planned, multi-use development. Tenants will have 24-hour on-site security with access card system, DART Rail at Victory Station, valet parking, excellent ingress and egress from all major thoroughfares, WiFi throughout the district, and fitness and spa facilities. The complex will be just steps away from condominiums, apartments, hotels, restaurants, one-of-a-kind retailers, an urban market and the American Airlines Center.

Such superior amenities at Victory Park enable tenants like Haynes and Boone to win the war for talent and retain individuals by offering an energized, urban space to work, live and play.

The building has received Silver LEED-CS (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Core and Shell Development) pre-certification. The LEED program is sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the nation’s leading evaluator for green building.

Like its new Houston offices, Haynes and Boone’s One Victory Park headquarters will reflect characteristics for which the firm has gained its reputation: high-tech, contemporary, warm, sophisticated and creative, Mr. Wilson said.

“It will particularly appeal to our clients as a destination,” he said. “And its open-space, light-and-glass ambience and healthy environment will be a decided edge as we continue our efforts to attract the brightest young legal minds to our expanding corporate practice.”

“The new office space provides us the facility we need to serve our clients and, as the community grows with developments like this, so will we,” Mr. Wilson said. “Dallas is where the firm started. We are delighted to be part of this cutting-edge project that means so much to our home.”

“Haynes and Boone is a leading law firm and we are excited they have invested in Victory Park for their future,” said Jonas Woods, President of Hillwood Capital. “The addition of this highly regarded tenant confirms our vision for Victory Park as the ultimate urban neighborhood. We know Haynes and Boone shares our appreciation for modern, efficient, green development and we are pleased to have them join us at Victory Park.“

“One Victory Park will set a new standard for office space in Dallas,” said Hines Senior Vice President Clayton Elliott. “It is very user-friendly, including 10-foot-high ceilings, full-height windows and under-floor air distribution system with individual controls in each office. It is also environmentally friendly.”

The Firm has retained Gensler as design architect. Gensler is a leading architecture, design and planning firm with offices in the Americas, East Asia and Europe.
The office tower adds an exciting new facet to the district and tenant opportunities to the Victory Park phase of development. Encompassing the southern end of the 75-acre Victory district and surrounding a one-acre urban park, the Victory Park phase will debut a dynamic collection of mid- and high-rise buildings.

Alcoa Names Greenberg Traurig Lead IP Counsel Worldwide
Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced that the firm will serve as primary intellectual property counsel for Alcoa Inc. pursuant to an agreement signed today.

As part of the agreement, Greenberg Traurig will form a strategic relationship with Alcoa covering a wide range of general IP matters such as patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, IP licensing, opinions, due diligence and domain name management. In addition, GreenbergTraurig has been designated as a preferred provider for IP litigation and other inter partes proceedings including reexaminations, interferences and oppositions.

This relationship marks a significant step in terms of the volume and diversity of the work and the collaborative nature of the association. The project is led by Scott Bornstein, a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office, with significant contributions from James Donoian and Michael Wolfson. They will oversee an Alcoa-focused team of 40 IP lawyers spread across 13 Greenberg Traurig offices that will support Alcoa’s worldwide intellectual property needs. In
addition, Greenberg Traurig attorneys presently work full-time from Alcoa’s research and development facility in Pennsylvania. Today’s agreement expands upon a legal services model established between Greenberg Traurig and Alcoa in January 2006.

“The strategic relationship works because Alcoa is able to leverage Greenberg Traurig’s international footprint and vast intellectual property resources to obtain high quality IP services in a cost-effective manner as Alcoa continues to expand its transformational innovation portfolio
across the world,” said Tom Trempus, Alcoa Senior Counsel and IP Practice Leader. “We look forward to working closely with Greenberg Traurig for many years to come.”

Founded in 1888, Alcoa is the world’s largest aluminum company with about 129,000 employees in 43 countries. Annual revenues were reported to be more than $26 billion in 2005. Alcoa provides a wide range of products including primary aluminum, aerospace products, automotive components, castings, fasteners, extruded and end products, and packaging and consumer products.

Bornstein said: “This is a true collaboration. The close nature of the relationship permits Greenberg Traurig to work side-by-side with Alcoa engineers and management to provide IP strategies and solutions that support the company’s business objectives.
