On December 14, Hogan & Hartson LLP obtained a major victory at the International Trade Commission (ITC) on behalf of the six largest auto producers with facilities in the United States: DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota.

The case was handled by Mark McConnell, Lewis Leibowitz, T. Clark Weymouth, Jonathan Stoel, Shubha Sastry, Erika Moritsugu, Sean Kellman, and others from the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
