McGuireWoods LLP Recognized as a "Client Service All Pro" in BTI Client Service Survey
McGuireWoods LLP is one of only six law firms to be named a “Client Service All Pro” law firm in the 2007 edition of BTI’s The Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms.

BTI Consulting Group, Inc., a Boston-based marketing research and management consulting firm, began publishing the annual national survey six years ago to single out the top 30 law firms for excellent client service. BTI conducts interviews annually with 200 corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies to rank the law firms. To achieve the recognition of being a “Client Service All Pro,” a law firm must have been recognized for four of the last six years on the list of the top 30 law firms.

BTI’s research delineates 17 activities that drive client relationships. McGuireWoods was recognized as excelling in 14 of these categories, including being singled out as a leader in the categories of “Client Service” and in “Keeping Clients Informed.”

William J. Strickland, managing partner of McGuireWoods, said, “McGuireWoods has a long tradition of delivering outstanding client service. We are honored that our clients have recognized this as a differentiating factor when comparing McGuireWoods to other law firms.
