HedgeWorld.com
Schwartz Cooper attorney Rick Rein was interviewed by HedgeWorld.com for an article about the firm’s unique International Asset Recovery Group. Mr. Rein, head of the practice, discusses the firm’s growing roster of hedge fund clients in need of legal assistance to recover debts.

As the article notes, “hedge funds these days are flush with cash, so they've become lenders. They don't have the back office or support, when a debt goes bad, so they may need more education from lawyers than would a more traditional lender in a similar situation. Hedge fund managers are very sophisticated about finance, but not very sophisticated about collections.
