Holland & Hart Elects Two Partners To Management Committee
Holland & Hart is pleased to announce that Michael Beaver and Gregory Eurich have been elected to the firm's Management Committee. These two partners will take the places of outgoing committee members, Maureen Witt and John Husband.

Mr. Beaver most recently served as the Chair of the Litigation Department from 2002 to 2005. He will represent the middle third of the partnership on the Committee, replacing Ms. Witt. Mr. Beaver practices in the firm's Denver Tech Center office, and his practice emphasizes representation of employers and employee benefit plans in litigation. He also serves on the Council of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section.

Mr. Eurich has practiced at Holland & Hart since 1973. He was Chair of the Litigation Department from 1991 to 1994 and was previously Chair of the firm's Labor Practice Group. He will represent the senior third of the partnership on the Committee, replacing Mr. Husband. Mr. Eurich practices in the firm's Denver office and has extensive experience in labor law, with particular emphasis on litigation of labor disputes.

Mark L. McNamara and Mike H. Pinkerton Elected As Members of Frilot Partridge
Frilot Partridge, L.C. is pleased to announce that Mark L. McNamara and Michael H. Pinkerton were recently elected to be members of the Firm.

Mark L. McNamara received his J.D. from University of Mississippi School of Law in 1997 summa cum laude. He graduated from University of Dallas in 1993 with a B.A. Mark McNamara practices in the firm’s Energy & Environmental and Mass Tort & Class Actions Practice Areas. He has represented clients in the energy field, including oil and gas producers and operators, pipeline companies, and landowners and royalty owners. Active in professional organizations and in the community, Mr. McNamara participates in the Energy Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute and also serves on the Board of Algiers Charter School Association.

Michael H. Pinkerton received his J.D. in 1997 from Louisiana State University Law Center where he was a member of Louisiana Law Review from 1995-1997. He received his B.A. from University of Georgia in 1994. Mr. Pinkerton practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy, with an emphasis on contract disputes and cases involving bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, construction, and real estate issues. He handles cases throughout Louisiana and around the country. Mr. Pinkerton is a member of the Louisiana Bankers Association (Bank Counsel Section) and frequently lectures to attorneys and banking professionals in his areas of expertise.

FCSMC&C "Development Maestro" Jeffrey D. Forchelli Tapped to Monitor the Nassau Coliseum Redevelopment Process
FCSMC&C Managing Partner Jeffrey D. Forchelli was highlighted in Newsday’s latest issue for his involvement in the proposed redevelopment of Nassau County’s Coliseum property located in the Town of Hempstead.

Referring to Mr. Forchelli as a “development maestro”, Newsday discusses his being tapped by developers Scott Rechler, Chairman and CEO of Reckson Associates, and Islander’s owner Charles Wang to monitor the Coliseum’s development process on the county’s behalf.

News of the Coliseum’s redevelopment project spread quickly soon after County Executive Tom Suozzi filed a proposed “development plan agreement” with the project developers to formalize their control over the 77-acre site.

Jeffrey D. Forchelli’s extensive practice concentrates on complex real estate and land use matters, including litigation and tax certiorari for major real estate developers and corporations. He has served as Counsel to the New York State Assembly, and served on the Legal Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors of Security Title and Guaranty Company. Mr. Forchelli was selected for inclusion in Who's Who in American Law (8th Edition), and is consistently included in the "Who's Who in Law" listing published annually by the Long Island Business News.

Lucio sworn in to Texas House of Representatives
Clark, Thomas & Winters attorney Eddie Lucio III was sworn in to the Texas House of Representatives as State Representative for District 38 on January 9, 2007.

Lucio practices as an associate attorney in the firm’s land use and municipal government affairs practice. From Clark Thomas’s office in the lower Rio Grande Valley, Lucio serves as a liaison between clients in that region and the firm’s more than 115 attorneys in Central Texas.

A graduate of The University of Texas (J.D., 2005, and B.B.A., 2001), Lucio joined Clark Thomas during the summer of 2006 when he and four of his fellow attorneys brought their 30 year old land use and municipal government affairs practice and banking practice over from Minter, Joseph & Thornhill, P.C.

Lucio is another in a long line of attorneys who have followed in the firm's tradition of political engagement, including the late Edward Clark, a firm founder, who served during the Johnson administration as Ambassador to Australia from 1965 to 1968, U.S. Commissioner to Hemisfair in 1968, and Executive Director of the Inter-American Bank the same year. Additionally, senior shareholder, J. Sam Winters, served as a member of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service 1991 to 2000 (Presidential appointment, confirmed by U.S. Senate) and as Chair of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service, 1996 to 1997 and 1998.

Real Estate Attorney Paul Green Of Counsel to Clark Hill PLC
Attorney Paul Green has joined the Clark Hill PLC Real Estate Practice Group as an Of Counsel attorney.

Green has more than 40 years of experience in real estate and commercial law. His practice focuses heavily on community development projects, general commercial matters including organizing and counseling businesses, antitrust advice and planning, telecommunications issues, as well as affordable housing and tax credit developments. Green has served as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for more than 30 years and he has served as a commercial mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court for more than 20 years.

Green has been actively involved in the legal industry in an educational capacity. He was a recent presenter at the Annual Affordable Housing Conference, he has taught courses in real estate law at Wayne County Community College, and he has also served as a mentor to numerous attorneys at former firms.

Green earned his B.A. from Wayne State University and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.

Mr. Bonhamis a senior Capitol Hill strategist with substantial political and legislative experience.
