Legal 500 United States Ranks Crowell & Moring’s Intellectual Property Group

Paul R. Pizzo Elected to the Board of the Sebring International Raceway Museum
Paul R. Pizzo, a shareholder with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Sebring International Raceway Museum. The Board’s mission is development of an automotive race museum commemorating the significant sports car endurance racing heritage of the Raceway, particularly the historic “12 Hours of Sebring Endurance Race” held each March since the 1950’s. The raceway was also the venue of the first U.S. Formula One Grand Prix held in 1959.

Mr. Pizzo is the Commercial Litigation Practice Group Leader and practices primarily in all area of trusts, estates and probate litigation including litigation involving family partnerships.

Fenwick & West Represents Electronic Arts in $105M Equity Investment in Korea-based Neowiz
Fenwick & West LLP represented Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) in its recently announced $105 million investment in Neowiz Co. Ltd. Neowiz, based in Seoul, South Korea, is a developer and publisher of online games. EA also committed four titles to be co-developed with Neowiz for online publishing in Asia. Upon completion of the investment, EA will own approximately 19% of common stock equivalents (excluding treasury shares) comprised of 15% of common stock and 4% of preferred stock of Neowiz. This investment will make EA the second largest shareholder of Neowiz, following CEO-founder Sung Kyun Na.

Clark Hill PLC Attorney Kevin S. Hendrick Elected to the Michigan State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Council
Clark Hill attorney Kevin S. Hendrick has been elected a council member of the State Bar of Michigan Alternative Dispute Resolution Council for a one year term, expiring in September 2007. Hendrick is a member of Clark Hill’s commercial litigation and construction practices.

Hendrick has been practicing law for more than 25 years, and has extensive experience in construction matters, where he has represented contractors, owners, sureties and others in attempting to resolve disputes through litigation, arbitration or mediation. The claims handled by Hendrick in arbitration, mediation and civil litigation, have run the gamut of construction issues, from simple claims by unpaid claimants to complex claims for damages for delay; defects in performance; breach of warranty or poor workmanship; claims concerning the quality and performance of the work; and claims concerning the suitability of plans and specifications to achieve the desired result. Hendrick also has extensive experience and expertise in all manner of commercial litigation and business and insurance claims and disputes.

Hendrick is a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Arbitrator and Mediator on the Construction Arbitration Panel; American Bar Association, Forum on the Construction Industry, Michigan AAA Construction Advisory Council, State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section, past Council Member, and has been named in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Hendrick earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Peter W. Hahn Elected Shareholder in Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP Columbus Office
Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP is pleased to announce that Peter W. Hahn has been elected Shareholder by the Firm’s Board of Managers. Mr. Hahn is a member of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups. He represents public and private companies in complex business and intellectual property litigation, including business torts, breach of contract, contract interpretation, bond and surety issues, shareholder disputes, fiduciary obligations, product liability, deceptive and unfair trade practices, non-competition agreements, real estate and construction disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, and Lanham Act claims. He counsels media clients on general business issues, including vendor and independent contractor agreements. Six Additions Expand Bryan Cave International Trade LLC’s Presence in Asia
Bryan Cave International Trade LLC (BCIT), a unit of the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP, has added five people to the firm’s Bangkok office and one person to the firm’s office in Malaysia. The new group joins BCIT from a Big 4 firm in Thailand. Malika Bhumivarn will lead the group in Bangkok and will serve as Regional Director, Customs & Trade. Additionally, Dato’ Hj. Mohammed Adnan bin Ariffin will join BCIT in Malaysia as Adviser, Malaysian Customs Affairs.

Dato’ Hj. Mohammed Adnan bin Ariffin served in the Royal Malaysian Customs Department for more than 33 years. He held various positions during that time, including head of the Special Investigations Branch, head of the Marine and Logistics Branch, head of the Anti-Narcotics Branch and director of the Preventive Division. Dato’ Adnan is a widely recognized figure in Malaysia for his achievements and was awarded the Certificate of Merit from the World Customs Organization in 1995 in recognition of his outstanding service. As BCIT’s Adviser on Malaysian Customs Affairs, Dato’ Adnan will strengthen BCIT’s Customs capabilities.

Malika Bhumivarn advises clients on various customs, trade and investment matters. Bhumivarn has extensive experience representing clients in the several industries, including: automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and tobacco and has dealt with issues with the Thai Customs & Excise Departments on Customs valuation, classification, compliance and other related matters. She received her MBA in 2000 from Thammasat University and her B.A. in 1998 from Ramkamhaeng University.

Kittipong Jangkamolkulchai joins BCIT as Regional Manager. He has advised clients on various business transactions associated with tax liability exposures and has provided customs audit services for major clients. Jangkamolkulchai received his PhD in 2005 from the University of Nottigham, his M.A. in 1998 from the University of Nottingham and his B.A. in 1996 from Chulalongkorn University.

Weerasak Chunharungroj is a certified customs specialist and received his B.A. in 1987 from Bangkok University. He will be designated as Assistant Manager, Thai Customs Affairs.

Saowakon Sritongpanich is a tax incentive specialist and has represented the interests of clients before the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) and the Industrial Estates Authority of Thailand (IEAT). She will join BCIT as Assistant Manager. Sritongpanich is and received her B.A. in 1992 from Bangkok University.

Somruekarn Wongsaroj joins BCIT as a Senior Analyst. She received her M.A in economics, finance and management in 2003 from Bristol University, her M.A. in industrial strategy and trade policy in 2002 from the University of Manchester and her B.A. in 2001 from Assumption University.

Two New Partners Join Bryan Cave's Kansas City Office
David A. Welte and Gino R. Serra have joined the Kansas City office of the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP as partners. Welte joins the firm from the Stowers Institute for Medical Research and Serra joins from the Kansas City office of Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC.

Welte 's practice focuses on non-profit research organizations. For more than 10 years, Welte has served as the outside general counsel for the Stowers Institute for Medical Research. He will transfer his work for Stowers to Bryan Cave and will resume his role as outside counsel.

"We are thrilled to have David and Gino joining Bryan Cave," said Robert M. Thompson, managing partner of the firm's Kansas City office. "Their nationally recognized expertise in the life sciences area will play a significant role in helping the firm expand its services to Bryan Cave clients both on a national and international level."

Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors and executive committee of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Welte received his J.D. in 1968 from Loyola University-Chicago and his B.A. in 1965 from Southern Illinois University.

Serra's practice focuses on nonprofit research institutions and biotech companies. A recognized expert in his practice area, Serra received his J.D. in 1993 from the University of Kansas Law School and his B.S. in 1990 from Rockhurst University.
