Firm Culture: I've been an associate in the IP group for many years now and although the overall firm is pretty good, the IP group is terrible and probably won't be around in two years. This is due in large part because Gary Clark, the practice group leader, is a complete asshole who works people to death. No one in the entire firm likes him, including other partners.
Work & Hours: 60-90 a week in the IP group, 40-60 in the others.
Salary & Benefits: Competative except their bonuses suck. You would make more driving a UPS truck.
The Interview process: Random.
Overall Impression: Overall firm: okay to good, IP and Government Contracts groups: Terrible.
