Firm Culture:  Terrible --- YOU WILL BE FIRED ! I REPEAT, YOU WILL GET FIRED! DO NOT TRUST THE STAFFING COMPANY ON THIS ONE. THE STAFFING COMPANY IS MAKING AT LEAST 1,000 A HEAD AND WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT YOUR CHANCES OF LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT THERE ARE ONE IN A MILLION!
Work & Hours:  If you do not work 24/7 you won't be able to keep up most likely, and will get fired inevitably.
Salary & Benefits:  Ok, but they won't last for long. They relish in firing people with children. After one guy was fired, the short, ugly partner came to me and said, "he had two kids, hope he will be ok." With a smile on her hideous fucking face. Don't do it. Just don't do it. Especially if you have kids to feed.
The Interview process:  quick! they will hire you and tell you that it is ok that you don't have workers comp experience or that you are a new attorney, but its not. Trust me, its not. Also, they told me that there was no billing requirement, but once I was there for 2 months, they informed me that there actually was a billilng requirement -- 200 HOURS A MONTH!!! You can only bill .1 for letters and .5 for most pleadings. Ten hours a day is a JOKE! IMPOSSIBLE!!
Overall Impression:  DO NOT TRUST THE STAFFIND COMPANY ON THIS ONE. I HAD A JOB BEFORE THIS PLACE, AND I LEFT IT BECAUSE I WAS CONTACTED OUT OF THE BLUE FOR AN INTERVIEW AND OFFERED MORE MONEY. I WAS ALSO TOLD NO BILLING REQUIREMENT, WHICH WAS FALSE. I AM NOW UNEMPLOYED!!! And the funny thing is, I think I would rather sleep in a box than ever see Deanne's troll face again! People say John is evil, man Deanne is a horrific, disgusting woman, who will fire you just for looking at her ugly ass the wrong way. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK.

Even though I have never, ever been fired from a job before this one, I'm happy to move on, and was praying for the day they finally let me go, so i could at least get unemployment while i looked for something else. IT IS THAT BAD!!

Firm Culture:  terrible. DO NOT TRUST THE STAFFING COMPANY ON THIS ONE! THEY MAKE MONEY EACH TIME SOMEONE GETS FIRED!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM.
Work & Hours:  RIDICULOUS
Salary & Benefits:  NOTHING COMPARD TO THE MISERY
The Interview process:  SHORT AND REGRETFUL. YOU WILL REGRET THE INTERVIEW LATER AND WILL LIKELY GET FIRED IN THE SAME CONFERENCE ROOM YOU GOT HIRED IN.
Overall Impression:  THE WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

Covington

Firm Culture:  WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THE STAFFING COMPANY ON THIS FIRM -- THEY GET PAID EVERYTIME SOMEONE GETS FIRED!! They are paid to find more fodder with each firing.
Work & Hours:  You can work until you die from exhaustion and still not do enough to feel comfortable stopping. You can work weekends and they will tell you, "that's nice but you should be able to get all that done during the week." I STARTED AS A BRAND NEW ATTORNEY WITH 50 CASES TO MYSELF AND WAS TOLD TO MEMORIZE THE FILES COVER TO COVER!!
Salary & Benefits:  It really doesn't matter because once you are fired they don't really help much.
The Interview process:  Regrettable. You will say, "man, what was I thinking? I knew they seemed a little eager and a little strange, those two, I should have trusted my gut."
Overall Impression:  TERRIBLE . . . this is Bad Management 101. And the firm really does have a horrible reputation among the legal community as well. I worked with attorneys on a daily basis who told me horror stories about the way this place practices and also attorneys who had worked there previously and been fired themselves. It is a TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. People getting fired all the time. You know that if one month has gone by without a firing, it's time for a fresh sacrifice to the devil, who is named Deanne by the way. So, really do yourself a favor. I thought that these postings were people who were bitter and didn't work hard. I went in and worked my butt off. And I mean really worked harder than I ever have in my life, and it didn't matter. NOTHING WAS ENOUGH! It was really a joke after a while, so I tried to prepare my wife for the inevitable, and waited to be fired. I still worked as hard as I ever have, because I wanted to know that it wasn't my fault if it happened. Well, it did, and I know it was not my fault. This place has horrible management, they don't know what they are doing. They have a few big clients that give gthem ALOT of work, and that's how they "grow." But, they don't really grow, the work load might grow, but they do not add attorneys. The turnover is out of control. I heard from attorneys who said, "man, I've had to deal with 4 different attorneys on this case and it only started two years ago!"

If you happen to last past the 6 month mark, you will wish you hadn't.

Covington

Firm Culture:  Horrible.... pleaase believe all of these posts contain the absolute truth...beware you will be filing for unemployment if you decide to work here, that is if you last that long.
Work & Hours:  24/7
Salary & Benefits:  decent..but you will only have that salary for a few months, so do not go buy a new car, home or invest in anyting.
The Interview process:  please a retard probably could get hired. a former personal trainer worked there as a human resources manager.
Overall Impression:  I am glad to see more people posting reviews and telling the truth about this firm. Especially for people who have jobs already and maybe considering moving from their steady job to this firm. Please believe all the information on here is true. I am also glad to see people calling out Deanne for the bitch that she really is. These people do not care about their reputation in the legal community and least of all care about you, if you in fact decide to work here.

Covington

Firm Culture:  DON'T TRUST THE RECRUITER ON THIS ONE! SHE MAKES MONEY ON EACH PERSON FIRED! DON'T LEAVE A STABLE JOB, EVEN IF IT SUCKS, TO COME THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT! YOU WILL BE FIRED!!
Work & Hours:  Unless you can "memorize each file" for 50-60 cases right off of the bat, it won't matter how much you work -- it won't be enough. REALLY!! For every question you ask, you will get about 10 questions back, if you do not have the file "memorized" you will be in trouble. Someone forgot to tell D that noone can memorize 50-60 files "cover to cover." That's ridiculous. You can work 24-7 and still never catch up. This place is absolutely insane. You will bust your ass like nowhere else, and never hear ANY positive feedback. Instead, you will start to feel the impending doom of the chopping block, which never goes away until you are fired or quit.
Salary & Benefits:  They won't matter once you are gone! They are ok while they last. The D woman enjoys firing people with kids too. After one guy was fired, she came in my office with a smile and said, "Gee, he had kids to support, I hope he'll be ok." It was disgusting.
The Interview process:  A JOKE. They lied to me at my interview. Said no billing requirement, which they later told me was wrong and that there was actually a 200 hour per month billing requirement !!! Ten hours a day minimum. Had they told me this at the interview, I would not have taken the job or left my previous job!!!
Overall Impression:  TERRIBLE, PLEASE DON'T TRUST ANY RECRUITER WHO TRIES TO HIRE YOU ON TO THIS PLACE. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON HERE, THEY DON'T CARE. IT IS QUICK MONEY FOR THEM, WHILE YOU END UP JOBLESS.

Covington

Firm Culture:  Warning, please beware, they are out hiring again. This firming is hiring numerous associates at this time, because they fired all of their old associates approximately 7 associates in less than a year. PLEASE BEWARE. If you don't have a job fine take the job but be on the look out for another one. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A JOB, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE, YOUR FAMILY SAKE DON'T I REPEAT DON'T LEAVE YOUR JOB TO COME WORK FOR THIS FIRM FOR YOU WILL BE JOBLESS IN LESS THAN A YEAR.
Work & Hours:  8 A.M UNTIL THE LAST PARTNER LEAVES. AGAIN THIS FIRM IS HIRING CASUE THEY FIRED ALL OF THEIR OLD ASSOCIATES ABOUT 7 0R 8 IN LESS THAN A YEAR. SOME ASSOCAITES HAD WORKED THERE FOR YEARS, HAD FAMILIES, HAD KIDS, BUT THEY FIRED EVERYONE ANYWAY.. NO JOKE ALL OF THESE POSTS ARE TRUE. THEY HAVE A TURN OVER RATE COMPARABLE TO A TELEMARKETING FIRM. YOU WILL BE JOBLESS WITHIN A YEAR.
Salary & Benefits:  NOT ENOUGH, CAUSE YOU WILL BE JOBLESS WITHIN A YEAR. DON'T LEAVE A STABLE JOB TO COME HERE EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU MORE MONEY. YOU WILL NOT BECOME PARTNER, YOU WILL NOT ENJOY ANY BENEFITS, FAMILY LIFE IS FROWNED UPON. They do not have reasonable billable hours. You have to bill 200 hours or more a month. You can only bill .1 for letters, you basically have to bill 10 hours a day, which you will not be able to do. You need more than 1 year of workers' compensation experience. They are lying if they tell you that you do not. You can not ask questions about your files, and you will be told be Deanne to memorize your entire file list. That means each workers' compensation file must be memorized in every little detail from front to back. Deanne has no life so she expects for you not to have one either. You can not memorize these files unless you have the IQ of a genusis. Failure to memorize files and kiss her ugly ass will result in termination. Like the other person said the hiring company will not tell you that they have a high-ass turnover rate. Nor will they tell you that they are looked down upon in the legal community. I was at a mediation and the mediator asked me how long had I been there, cause their attorneys usually don't last over there due to the conditions being like a sweatshop. True story, the damn mediator told me this. Other attorneys told me stories, ones who had worked there and been fired. And, said being fired from there was the best thing that ever happened to them.
The Interview process:  They will hire anyone for a few months, and then they will fire you, or you will quite because of the sweat shop conditions.
Overall Impression:  AGAIN, I AM JUST TELLING YOU NOT TO LEAVE A STABLE JOB TO COME HERE, BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY JOB WITHIN A YEAR. ALL THE POSTS ON HERE ARE TRUE, WE ARE TRYING TO INFORM YOU TO WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON, CAUSE YOU CAN BE DAMN SURE THAT THE LADY FROM THE HIRING COMPANY IS NOT GOING TO TELL YOU. YOU WILL MAKE IT SEEM LIKE CANDIES AND ROSES, WHEN IT IS REALLY SWEAT AND SHIT OVERE THERE.

Covington

Firm Culture:  Chaos, Paranoia, & Twisted. Kind of like a poorly managed haunted house, except it's all day, every day. Not the kind of place you want to be affiliated with as an employee or client.
Work & Hours:  You can be hospitalized or out of state on vacation and they will call you into work that day for no good reason.

It takes days for a simple letter to get sent out because of their lack of organization and micro management.

Salary & Benefits:  They seem to only attract clients the other firms will not represent, such as low end insurance companies. Insurance adjusters tell them how to practice law to the point of committing legal malpractice.

No amount of money can compensate for a horrible work environment and the stress it causes. Because of this, and the fact there is no mentoring, you will not grow professionally. You can never make up for the time that you will waste here.
The Interview process:  A recruiter told me it would be better to deliver pizza than to go to work for them. She knew an attorney who developed a nervous twitch working for them. Their reputation as a sweat shop is well known among the local attorneys. It's funny how they think their reputation is from a couple of disgruntled employees on this site.

Overall Impression:  The most disturbing thing is how poorly they treat the employees that perform the best. This creates a lack of motivation and resentment among the entire staff.
They will lie to you while calling you a liar.
