Stinky Problem
My problem might sound funny but try empathizing.. I am a third-year associate working with a mid-sized firm. Everything about my workplace is as smooth as it can be – sound salary, good bonus, flexible hours, top clients… My problem – the partner at my firm stinks! Whenever he comes near, I could smell that body odor (it’s unbearable). I guess he doesn’t even brush his teeth. His mouth always stinks.. It’s like smelling skunks..:(
I cannot risk my job by telling him about it (though am sure he knows).. Could you suggest something?

Dear Doppiedaps,

When I first read “the partner at my firm stinks”, I was beginning to sympathize with you, thinking that your boss was a jerk and you were another tortured associate. But this is your biggest problem? Your boss smells? Seriously, can I trade jobs with you? I wish that was my biggest problem at work. I guess I should offer you some positive advice, but I’m so annoyed with your lucky life that I’m having a hard time coming up with anything. I guess the only way to solve this problem is to go the route of those cheesy 80’s Tic Tac commercials…offer the guy a stick of gum or something. Even better, just avoid him at all costs. Hell, I do that, and my boss doesn’t even smell.
