Ok, we don’t need to beat the fact that Libby is a shady liar in to the ground, but what caught my attention in this article is the fact that journalists are criticizing the fact that reporters are being forced to testify. Obviously, this issue has been a point of contention for years. When I was in law school, we had a great debate about whether or not journalists should be extended privilege that would protect them from testifying. What are your opinions on this?
